The second semester of the MSL II year focuses on self-development guided by knowledge of self and group processes. Experiential learning activities are designed to challenge cadets' current beliefs, knowledge and skills. This course also provides equivalent preparation for the ROTC Advanced Course as the Leaders Training Course. Open to all students.
